How to delete your Fit3d Body Scan
If you did not scan correctly or there was an issue with your scan processing you may be asked to delete your scan.
- Log in to your account at www.fit3d.com
- You will arrive at your Dashboard
- Select the History Icon (3 horizontal lines) and choose Scan History
- Identify the scan you want to delete and press Delete (scans will have their exact time and date underneath them)
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete your scan
Please note: You will not be able to retrieve your scan in the future after deletion.
